Janel Doyle
As a natural leader, she thrives on empowering those around her while encouraging creativity and individuality. Janel has a remarkable talent for interpreting visions, and transforming grand ideas into reality with imagination and enthusiasm while working with various mediums. For Janel, art and design go beyond mere creation; they reflect a perspective and lifestyle that thrives on innovative thinking, problem-solving, and the exploration of ideas in unique ways. As the owner of multiple creative studios, Janel brings an exceptional blend of tools, resources, and real-world experience to everything she works on. Collaborating with Janel on a project or participating in one of her programs is always vibrant, enjoyable, and filled with inspiration and creativity.
Janel is a creative powerhouse in the world of design with over 20 years of experience. There’s no challenge too great for her; she wholeheartedly embraces every opportunity, and truly exemplifies the saying, “where there’s a will, there’s a way!”

Rosalynde Stow
Rosalynde is an interior designer and educator who loves making visual art creative, approachable, and fun. With experience teaching at both the elementary and post-secondary levels, she brings a wide range of ideas and teaching strategies to help students build confidence and explore their creativity.
She holds a Master’s degree in Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, combining strong technical knowledge with hands-on, applied design skills. Rosalynde is also a parent of two children, ages 9 and nearly 12, and holds Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification. Her background in child development, accessibility, and inclusive learning helps her create a supportive, engaging environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged.
Dave Pugh
Dave is the owner of a local recording studio with a strong background in sound engineering and music production. His musical journey began in high school, where he played trombone in bands and ensembles, sparking a passion for music education and mentorship.
Inspired by his own band teacher, Dave enjoys guiding students as they explore sound, recording, and creative expression. He holds a Professional Recording Arts diploma and has led small-group workshops from Fort Langley Fine Arts at his studio, giving aspiring creatives hands-on experience in recording and production. From sound engineering to music production, Dave brings both technical expertise and enthusiasm to his workshops. He is also a father of two and holds Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification, helping to ensure a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment for every participant.
Marika Siewert
Marika Siewert is an award-winning director, actor, recording artist and artist coach based in Fort Langley, BC. She is also the CEO of Marika Siewert Endeavours, a company that envisions, produces and delivers creative media projects in Film, TV and Music.
She is a professional working actor with most recent credits on Apple TV+, Netflix, Hallmark, Lifetime Network and Amazon Prime. Since 2012 she has coached artists & actors to pursue their goals in film, tv, and music and she has coached and read for young actors who have booked shows on Netflix, TVO kids, BBC, Disney+, ABC, Hallmark, Lifetime, Amazon Prime, Bravo, the CW networks and more. As well as coaching she helps create strategy plans, budgets and connections for artists of all ages wanting to pursue a career in the creative industries. In 2020, Marika began directing and producing and she has developed national tv programs, music videos and scripted coaching programs. She won the 2021 Leo award for best direction in a comedy/variety/musical program and was nominated again in the same category at the 2022 Leo Awards for best direction as well as best music video. As a recording artist has garnered numerous top 10 singles on radio charts on Pop, Hot AC, AC and CCM charts, is a number 1 charted songwriter globally, and has published songs featured in televisions shows around the world. She currently co-headlines music tours in Canada the USA and the UK with Juno award winning Canadian artist and songwriter Brian Doerksen.
