WHEN DO MY CREDITS RENEW?
Credits renew each month with your membership billing cycle.
CAN I USE CREDITS IN DIFFERENT STUDIOS?
Yes. Use them across participating Black Rain studios and workspaces. Each space has its own credit rate.
WHAT IF I RUN OUT?
Keep creating. Members receive preferred rates on additional eligible studio time
DO I GET MEMBER PRICING ON EVENTS & CLASSES?
Members receive preferred pricing on select Black Rain events, classes, workshops and experiences.
CAN I USE CREDITS FOR EVENTS?
No. Event bookings are separate, but members receive preferred rates on eligible event-space bookings.
IS EQUIPMENT INCLUDED?
Studio Credits cover eligible studio space. Equipment, add-ons and production services are separate unless specifically included.
CAN MY TEAM USE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Team access is available with eligible memberships. Contact Black Rain for multi-user requirements
DO UNUSED CREDITS ROLL OVER?
Unused monthly credits do not carry forward.
CAN I CANCEL?
Yes, subject to the terms of your membership plan.
