Service Description

Book a fun interactive Mini VR game. experience. This package provides a 45 minutes VR session maximum 10 players, 45 minutes in our dinning room area for food, cake, and snacks. Entertain your guests with 45 minutes in our game lounge area were you can enjoy a variate of games, mingle and have fun. We do not provide the following: Food, beverages, plates and cutlery. When scheduling food delivery services, Fort Langley is not in radius for most if not all corporate delivery services. You can utilize the following delivery services: Door Dash, Skip the dishes. There are local restaurants with great menus that you can order from pickup would be quick and convenient, restaurants will be listed below. No confetti or Party Poppers allowed. In a case of violation, a cleaning fee of $45 will be applied. Local Restaurants: Trading Post Omni Subway Sushi Rail and River Pizzeria

Cancellation Policy

TERMS OF SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY We do not accept last minute cancellations. For public and private games, you may receive a full refund or make a change to your booking if you cancel/change at least 48hrs prior to your scheduled session time. In the 24-48hr period prior to your booking, you may change your booking or receive an in-store credit. You will not receive any credit or refunds within the 24hr period prior to your scheduled session time nor will any changes to your booking be allowed. For all flat rate party bookings, you may receive a full refund or make a change to your booking if you cancel/change at least 4 days prior to your scheduled session time. There will be no credits/changes/cancellations within 4 days of your scheduled session time. If you need help with bookings please contact us at contact@gamefort.ca LATE ARRIVAL Sessions are booked back-to-back so you must arrive on time. Please arrive 15 minutes early for the check-in and waiver process.
