Sound Treatment: - This room is soundproofed, however; we are on a main street there may be a possibility that sounds of sirens and traffic maybe heard. That being said, the room has been treated to eliminate echo and make your recording sound as good as possible, along with a lot of sound absorbing materials. Our audio processing is professional and leaves you with the quiet, studio sounding audio you expect from a top podcast.
Please note - standard hours are Monday - Thursday from 9AM - 8PM and Fridays 9AM-5PM There may be a surcharge for bookings outside this window. Please reach out with any questions and we're happy to give you a tour in advance!

CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not accept last minute cancellations.
you may receive a full refund or make a change to your booking if you cancel/change at least 48hrs prior to your scheduled session time, and 1 week for Classes or workshops. In the 24-48hr period prior to your booking, you may change your booking or receive an in-store credit. You will not receive any credit or refunds within the 24hr period prior to your scheduled session time nor will any changes to your booking be allowed.
For all flat rate Venue bookings , you may receive a full refund or make a change to your booking if you cancel/change at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled session time. There will be no credits/changes/cancellations within 1week of your scheduled session time.

LATE ARRIVAL
Sessions are booked back-to-back so you must arrive on time. Please arrive 15 minutes early for the check-in and waiver process.
