POLICY, TERMS &CONDITIONS:
These policies apply to all programs,services, and activities including; Camps, Labs, Workshops, classes. By registering a child for any program, parents/guardians agree to the following:
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:
-Full payment is required to secure a spot unless otherwise noted. -Enrolment is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
-Early registration discounts apply only before March 1st 2026.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
-Cancellations made up to 14days prior to start of program may receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
-Cancellations made with in 14days up to 7days prior to start of program may receive a 50% partial refund minus a processing fee or a Credit toward a future program.
-No refunds will be issued with in 7days prior to start of program. Credit toward a future program may be offered at the camp’s discretion.
-The camp reserves the right to cancel programs due to unforeseen circumstances, with refunds issued.
CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR:
We are a inclusive, harassment-free environment. Bullying, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour, Any such behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program. All are expected to treat staff and peers with respect, We emphasize collaboration, learning, and respectful competition.
TECHNOLOGY & EQUIPMENT USE:
All equipment must be used responsibly and under staff supervision. Damage caused by intentional misuse may result in restricted access and Financial Liability. Personal devices may be restricted during activities unless approved.
PRIVACY , PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE:
Personal information is collected in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. We may photograph or record activities for promotional use, unless families opt out in writing.
LIABILITY WAIVER:
Parents acknowledge that participation includes typical physical activities and agree to release the Business "Black Rain Studios and Game Fort" and staff from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
